Founder & CEO

Kimberly Davis

Kimberly Davis, the President & CEO of Davis Professional Services (DPS), is a results-driven professional who is dedicated to helping clients take their businesses to the next level. She has over 20 years of corporate strategy and marketing experience across industries.  Her expertise in strategic business planning, marketing, communications, and contact center operations underscores her ability to engage decision makers and devise winning strategies and solutions to improve the customer experience. She is recognized for her professionalism, commitment to excellence, and demonstrated ability to communicate and work with senior management, associates, and clients’ customers.

Kimberly founded DPS, a woman-owned management consulting firm, in 2017 in Atlanta, GA with a vision of becoming the trusted advisors to government agencies and commercial organizations around the world. DPS was started as an independent consulting firm where Kimberly served global clients across industries. To position the business for growth, Kimberly reached out to former colleagues and employees who had expressed an interest in supporting her vision.

DPS consultants understand the growing need for customer-centricity in a technology-driven world where customers have more choices and easier access to information than ever before. They collaborate with clients to achieve results while maintaining accountability to their key stakeholders. They do this by becoming an extension of their clients’ teams immersing themselves into their ways of working to improve quality, create efficiencies and attain customer centricity.

Kimberly received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Georgia State University.
